Devolution and cashback

Send an e-mail to templemagdala@gmail.com informing the product and the reason for the devolution/exchange.

In up to two business days Temple Magdala will get in touch and give the necessary instructions. 

Cashback

Cashback via the platform used for payment (Credit card).

The cashback will be completed only after receiving and analyzing the product.

The product must not show any sign of usage.

Shipping costs will not be given back.

Exchage for defect 

If the acquired product has a defect up to 7 days after receiving it, send an e-mail to templemagdala@gmail.com and we will complete the exchange. produto.

Inform name, number of buy, name of product and defect.

Magdala Temple will send the authorization code to post in the mail.

 Delivery and estimate deadline

Delivery will be done via Brazilian post office mail.

The estimated deadline for receiving the product abroad is usually 3-4 weeks. A tracking number will be sent to keep track of the shipped product.​

 Devolution for giving up

Such devolutions will happen up to 07 days counting from the receival of the product. After this period we will not accept devolutions. It is not possible to give up on personalized products.

The product will have to be sent back with its original box, with no signs of usage, informing the motivation for the devolution.

The product that will not follow what described above, will not be accepted and will automatically be sent back to the origin address and a new shipping will be charged to the customer.
